If you’ve got some stylish pieces to flaunt at the gym, you’ll be ten times more likely to make time to workout.

The best way to get an idea of what workout look would suit you is by getting a little inspiration. For workout style, Pinterest is the perfect place - there are so many different looks to choose from. From yoga pants to sports bras, you’ll find plenty of on-trend inspo on here. Add color to your look

The gym is the one place where bright, bold colors can look amazing. The great thing about workout clothing is that almost anything goes, as long as it fits you well and looks good, that’s all that matters. While some of us choose to exercise in monochrome outfits, adding a splash of color is the perfect way to liven up your look.

Neon colors - pink, yellow and orange, are ideal for brightening up your workout attire. Be it a brightly colored sports bra of pair of trainers, it doesn’t matter, just find a way to add a little color to your look. Add a little excitement to your workout wear by investing in a few cute quote or phrases on. When it comes to keeping your workout regime up, a motivational t-shirt could be just what you need. Team it with a pair of plain yoga pants or running leggings, and you’re set for your workouts. As well as short sleeved tops, why not add a couple of long sleeved ones to your sports collection?

Don’t be afraid to add pattern

When it comes to sportswear, many of us avoid adding pattern. However, there’s no reason to do that as patterned sportswear can look amazing. It’s best to opt for dark pieces, however, as these tend to be the most slimming, and also, are less likely to show sweat.

Sportswear doesn’t have to be boring. There are so many ways that you can make what you wear to the gym more interesting. It shouldn’t just be a case of throwing on an old t-shirt and leggings, you should take pride in your workout wear.
