In Memory Of Cilla Black | Lifestyle

A few weeks ago we all heard the tragic news of Cilla Black's death.

I wanted to write a post in her memory as I am from Liverpool myself and she will be greatly missed from the city.

Cilla famously grew up on Scotland Road, Liverpool and worked in The Cavern as a cloakroom attendant. She then went on to become a huge record artist with hits including; Anyone who had a heart and Alfie.

She was probably most famous for presenting Surprise Surprise and Blind date. I will always remember her bubbly personality and Scouse sense of humour.

On Thursday 20th August 2015, thousands of people lined the streets of Woolton, Liverpool to say their final good byes and I was one of them.

It was a really sad day but I am glad I went along to say "tra chuck".
